Every Boss Handicrafts product is handcrafted. Orders are dispatched after quality checks and secure packing.

India

• Express delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch

International

• Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

These are estimates from dispatch, not from the order date. Processing may add 1–3 business days for made-to-order or engraved items.

Out-of-stock / made-to-order items: If an item is temporarily unavailable, restocking and delivery may take up to 20 business days. We will contact you if your order is affected.

India (prepaid): Free standard shipping is available on prepaid orders of ₹1,000 and above. Orders below ₹1,000 are not eligible for free shipping — shipping charges apply at checkout.

India (COD): Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for free shipping. COD / shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.

International: We offer free standard shipping on prepaid international orders. Shipping charges shown at checkout (if any) reflect the destination and service selected.

Boss Handicrafts offers free delivery worldwide (subject to the free shipping terms above) with authenticated, high-quality product designs, fast delivery, and secure packaging.

We use trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Indian Post to deliver our products globally.

Once your order is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with the dispatch schedule. When your order ships, we send the tracking number and links so you can track your parcel anytime. Order and tracking updates are sent by email.

After you receive your products, we may follow up to ask about your purchase experience.

Boss Handicrafts provides the following information regarding taxes, import charges, and customs clearance.

We offer free worldwide delivery only in the sense that shipping charges and Indian government taxes or any certification charges required in India are included where free shipping applies. We do not sell products with destination-country taxes, import charges, or customs clearance charges included in the price.

The buyer / importer is responsible for any taxes, import charges, or customs clearance charges in their country. These are usually charged by the shipping company or customs authority directly to the customer at the time of package clearance.

These charges can differ by country. Some countries may exempt toys and games, while most charge import taxes or customs clearance fees under local rules.

Boss Handicrafts is not involved in collecting or setting these destination charges — they are handled according to each country’s import terms, typically via the courier.
